A smarter way to take control of your health.
Most healthcare systems wait until you're sick to act. We believe the most powerful moment in medicine is before symptoms appear — when prevention, optimization, and personalization can change the trajectory of your health.
The Difference
Traditional healthcare is built around a simple model: you feel sick, you see a doctor, you receive treatment. It's an essential system — but it has a fundamental blind spot. It waits for problems to become serious before acting.
Preventive healthcare flips this model. Instead of waiting for symptoms, it uses advanced diagnostics, personalized protocols, and ongoing monitoring to identify risks early — and address them before they become disease. The result is a longer, healthier, higher-performing life.

The Evidence
Catching issues early isn't just smarter — it leads to better outcomes, less invasive treatment, and a higher quality of life over time.
Advanced diagnostics identify cardiovascular, metabolic, and hormonal risk markers before symptoms appear — when intervention is most effective and least invasive.
By optimizing hormone levels, nutrient status, and metabolic function, patients report measurable improvements in energy, cognitive clarity, and physical output.
Addressing root causes — hormonal imbalances, deficiencies, inflammation — can reduce or eliminate the need for certain long-term medications, always under clinical guidance.
Preventing disease is significantly less expensive than treating it. Preventive care is an investment that compounds over decades.
Comprehensive bloodwork and functional testing translate your biology into actionable data — not guesswork, not templates.
Our Approach
We're not a traditional clinic, and we're not a spa. We're a precision wellness center built for people who take their health seriously.
No two patients receive the same protocol. Every plan is constructed from your lab results, health history, and stated goals — never a generic template.
We go beyond routine annual physicals: 100+ biomarkers, advanced hormone panels, cardiometabolic assessment, and functional testing that standard medicine overlooks.
We address hormonal, metabolic, cognitive, and inflammatory health as interconnected systems — guided by lab data, not assumptions.
We measure your progress over time, adjust your protocol, and hold you accountable. Health optimization is an ongoing relationship, not a one-time visit.

Founder & CEO · Functional Medicine Visionary
Cynthia Ramos is a wellness entrepreneur, Functional Nutritional Provider, licensed esthetician, and patient advocate with more than two decades of experience in the health, wellness, and aesthetic medicine industries. Her journey began in aesthetic medicine, where she spent years helping build and grow multiple successful medical spas while working alongside physicians and caring for thousands of patients. Through her work, Cynthia developed a deep understanding of facial aesthetics, skin health, body composition, and the powerful connection between internal health and external appearance. Over time, she recognized a recurring pattern: many of the concerns patients sought treatment for—premature aging, hair loss, fatigue, weight gain, anxiety, low libido, and chronic inflammation—often originated from deeper imbalances within the body. Driven by a desire to understand the "why" behind these symptoms, Cynthia expanded her education far beyond aesthetics. She pursued advanced training in functional wellness, nutrition, regenerative therapies, peptide science, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and mind-body medicine. She earned her certification as a Functional Nutritional Provider and became a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and the International Peptide Society. Throughout her career, she has completed extensive postgraduate education and specialized certifications in aesthetic medicine, wellness therapies, regenerative medicine, biohacking technologies, emotional wellness, heart coherence, and emerging integrative health modalities. For more than a decade as a business owner, Cynthia has dedicated her life to creating a healthcare experience that looks beyond symptoms and focuses on the whole person. Her philosophy is built on the belief that true wellness requires addressing the physical, emotional, nutritional, and lifestyle factors that influence health. She believes that the body has an incredible capacity to heal when given the right tools, guidance, and support. As the founder of New Era Wellness Center, Cynthia has created a practice centered on helping individuals optimize energy, improve vitality, restore confidence, and enhance quality of life. Her approach combines education, advanced diagnostics, functional wellness principles, and compassionate patient advocacy to help clients uncover the root causes of their health concerns rather than simply masking symptoms. Known for her genuine compassion, relentless pursuit of knowledge, and commitment to lifelong learning, Cynthia continues to study alongside some of the industry's leading educators while remaining dedicated to what she values most—helping people become the healthiest, strongest, and most vibrant versions of themselves. Her mission is simple: to help others redefine what is possible for their health, their longevity, and their lives.

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
Megan McLemore is a board-certified nurse practitioner who blends conventional and functional medicine to help patients optimize their health, hormones, and performance. Born and raised in Austin, Megan began her career in critical care, spending over a decade in high-acuity cardiac ICUs managing heart transplants, artificial heart devices, and complex post-surgical recovery. She later transitioned into hospital-based gastroenterology, treating autoimmune, liver, and GI disorders. After sustaining a severe leg fracture and developing CRPS, Megan experienced firsthand how traditional medicine often falls short when it comes to long-term recovery and whole-body healing. That experience inspired her to create a smarter, integrative approach — one that combines advanced lab testing, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and regenerative modalities to help patients restore energy, build resilience, and extend their health span. Today, Megan focuses on helping patients transform their metabolic health, balance hormones, and age with strength and vitality. Outside the clinic, she can be found training her Thoroughbred, Noah, for three-day eventing or hiking the Hill Country with her dogs Ronon and Teyla. She believes optimal health should support a full, active life — not limit it.
